    Class 1: An Anatomical Inquiry

Ensure a safe practice and deepen your yoga experience

Did you know that many people do basic yoga poses incorrectly, creating imbalances within the body that can lead to injuries over time? In this monthly workshop series, we will break down each of the postures of the Vinyasa practice, building upon our learnings in each successive class. Students will explore the proper alignment principles paramount to safely deepening one's practice with an hour-long intensive workshop of three postures, followed by a second hour of invigorating flow designed to seal the lessons in the body.

This workshop is suitable for students of all levels. Great for beginners just learning the postures, but just as important for experienced yogis looking to deepen their practice and protect their body from injury.

Spaces are limited, reserve your spot today!!
